It’s my first day back at work after vacation.

It’s also my first day back at work at the beginning of what figures to be an incredibly hectic, overbooked, stress-inducing month.

Naturally, I’m already about 20 ounces deep in coffee and find myself subconsciously taking deep breath after deep breath and mumbling to myself. I’ve got to assume that’s a really good sign of things to come since it’s only 8:48am.

This in addition to my already burgeoning desire to cast aside the week’s worth of emails I missed and spend my day on Facebook or trolling baseball news sites instead.

Procrastination > Motivation

Yeah…it’s gonna be a long day week month.
