The Hair Makes the Man

I just spent 20 minutes trying to figure out how to “do my hair” for my interview tomorrow.

I’m pretty sure that in my entire life prior to this, I’ve put a total of two minutes thought into what my hair looks like. Needless to say, this has been an arduous process.

Things I’ve determined are out: the 90’s boy-band spikey front thing, the general spikey hair thing, the slicked-back Wall Street look, and the middle-part.

Honey seemed to get really excited about the faux-hawk, but I assume that’s because she kept batting at it thinking my head was prey.

Right now, I think I’m leaning toward some sort of side-part thing. Now sure, sure…it makes me look a little bit like a 12-year-old going to church, but it’s probably the safest bet thus far.

In fact, yes. I think I’m going to go ahead and declare the classic side-part to be my go-to for the interview.

You know, unless the Twins make a classy ball cap for interviews that I can acquire within the next 18 hours?!

  2. I vote for the flat-top boogie from the picture. Pure class.

    • Nothing says “I’m here to party…professionally” quite like the flat-top boogie.

  3. I’m pretty sure Little League is your style. I mean, you don’t really have enough hair to pull it off, but at least you’d feel justified knowing you went for the most baseball-esque cut. In addition, you shall eventually succumb to The Dominators this year!

    • We both got a long, looooong way to go before we clash again, my friend. Have we ever had a #1 seed vs a #2 seed in the championship?!

Someone who isn’t me should look that up.

    • I think you missed it by a lil bit.

No one has claimed the prize though, so maybe you win by default?!
