Honestly, I can’t find a legit news story that links up with this picture, but the screencap has been making its way around the interwebs like a wildfire today and I’d be remiss if I didn’t find some reason to post it for y’all.
I’d really have preferred to find the actual story to see if this one has potential for comedic fodder, but honestly, I feel like the quote pretty much answers that question.
